Often, to win business, you need to deliver a unit that fits a customer’s unique requirements - and these could be nonstandard factory options. We handle customizations in the factory for 3-25T rooftops and 7.5-50T split systems, with on-the-spot access to inventory. This approach reduces lead times compared to other customization solutions. Plus, modifications are handled by the same craftspeople who engineer, test, and assemble our factory-built equipment. It all adds up to a simpler, faster process.

Available pre-engineered modifications:

• Rawal valves-Tighter control under light loads and improved humidity control.

• Double-wall construction-Required in clean environments, it keeps insulation fibers from the air stream. Easy-clean surface.

• Alternate higher static drives-Field-installed drive package with >2” external static pressure.

Aligned in factory.

• VFD grounding-These components reduce bearing and shaft failures and are specified in data centers and critical facilities.

• IAQ improvements and ventilation-UVC lamps, airflow monitoring, and enthalpy control of economizers with CO2 monitoring.

• Condensate overflow switch-This monitors the drain pan condensate level and shuts the system down if an overflow is detected to prevent potential water damage.
